will be Racing for the Cure on Oct. 3, 2010.
We are currently looking for team

The 17th Annual Central and South
Jersey Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure will be held October 3, 2010 - the
largest footrace in New Jersey. More than a run and walk, the Race for the
Cure is a celebration of breatst cancer survivors and a day of hope for the
future without breast cancer. Breast cancer doesn't take a day off and neither
will we. We need your help on October 3rd to reach our $1.6 million goal!
Race Day:
The race will take place at Six
Flags Great Adventure, Jackson, NJ.
This event will occur rain or
shine.
The 5K run will begin at
approximately 8AM - you do not have to run. There is also a 4K Health Walk
and 1 Mile Walk. Plenty of fun for the whole family. Participants
will receive Half off admission to Six Flags Great Adventure on Race Day. $5 of
your paid admission will go to Komen Race.

First Annual Kick-A-Thon.
Our first big fundraising event will be held June 26, 2010 at Muay Thai
Dragon Martial Arts, 1808 Rt. 37 E., Unit 9, Toms River, NJ 08753.
This event will feature students of Muay Thai Kickboxing who will be kicking
their hearts out for the cure. Each participant has volunteered to do a
specific number of Muay Thai Kicks at this event and has raised donations from
friends, family and neighbors in an effort to meet or exceed our goal of raising
$1500.
The event will begin at 10:00 AM as an open house where visitors can come in
and get information about Breast Cancer and find out how they can help in the
fight against Breast Cancer. The participants in the Kick-A-Thon will
begin the kick-off at about 1:00 PM.
